Test post looking at different media
We've been seeing a lot of african food recently, and I do appreciate that Africa is a big place, but to the untrained eye, I've kind of lumped it into one - sort of like "asian food". And the reality is that even in a specific country, there's going to be regional differences, and even in particular regions different towns are going to do things differently, and then you get down to arguments about how "my mumm makes the best xy..."
But I digress. It's important I think to acknolwedge the rise and rise of cuisine from the african nations in Australia.
I remember how we tried eritrean food back in London. Our friend raved about a place we 'had' to try. I didn't even know where Eritrea is but we went along anyway...
